Who are the new characters of Under Night In-Birth 2?

There are three new fighters in Under Night In-Birth 2. They include Kaguya, Tsurugi, and Kuon.

Kaguya is a 172cm commanding officer from Licht Kreis. Her best friend Orie is in Japan, so Kaguya heads there in the sequel. Arc System Works explains on the game’s official website that she has “exceptional combat prowess,” so you may want to watch out for her. She has dual pistols called Garibaldis.

Tsurugi is Hyde’s friend from school and is a member of the vigilante group the EFG. His mission is to defend fellow students from wielders. Now, he’s going against the Re-Birth in the sequel to help save the world. His main weapon is the Bulwark, a shield-like object attached to his arm.

Kuon is not even on the official website’s character list, but he will be playable in the game for the first time. He’s the older brother of Linne. He is a Re-Birth, beings that are dangerous to humanity. He seems to be the main antagonist of this game as hinted by his appearance in Exe:Late[st]
