Roblox Mines All Ores Guide – How to Find & Use Ores

Here are all ores in Mines and how to use them.

If you’re wondering about all Ores in Roblox Mines and what they’re used for but you index is looking empty, I got you. I’ll show you each one as well as give you some useful notes like where you can find it or if it’s used for anything. Note that this list doesn’t include mutation variations and you’ll also need the best Mines Pickaxes to get the deeper ores. Here are all ores in Mines and note that the sell value depends on the weight and mutations.

Common Ore in Mines

If you’re following our Mines pickaxe tier list above you’ll just need the starter pickaxes for Common Ores or the Diamond Pickaxe if you’ve claimed it for free. They’re your basic starter selling ores to earn enough cash to hire Offline Miners. Later on you’ll need better and better pickaxes for the deeper layer and then the lava layer. The structure will be the same for all rarities in that I’ll be listing all Ores in Mines without mutations and with additional notes where needed.

Common Ores

Silver Ore

Coal Ore

Zinc Ore

Copper Ore

Nickel Ore

Uncommon Ore in Mines

Uncommon Ores in Mines are like Common in that they’re your early source of income. They have plenty of mutations to make them worth more so hire offline Miners ASAP and get a drill to mine them faster.

Rare Ore in Mines

Get as rare of a Radar as you can with Diamond being the early game option and you can find Rare Ores. They’re still kind of like Uncommons with tons of mutations, just worth more. One of the main things your Offline Miners will be giving you to sell. You’ll need at least a Sapphire Pickaxe to get some of these.

Epic Ore in Mines

Now Epic Ores are a drastic step in your progression and I recommend you upgrade your Radar and Offline Miners as high as you can to get them. This is because not only are they worth more than previous rarities but you also use them to craft Pickaxes.

Legendary Ore in Mines

Any type of Offline Miner can bring you back Legendary Ores in Mines if you’re lucky but you should still upgrade Offline Miners to ensure the best inflow. Also get the best Radar that you can for finding them. Legendary Ores are used mainly for crafting late game Pickaxes but the Passage Key is the most important one. Once you get the Passage Key drop you can unlock Doorkeeper Dale’s passage in the center of the mine to access late-game ores and Pickaxes. This is also where you should be aiming for the Lava Pickaxe to mine through the lava layer.

Mythical Ore in Mines

Mythical Ores in Roblox Mines are your late-game hunt with radars and are used to craft late-game Pickaxes. There are a lot of mutations like Crystal versions and Rainbow versions that make them worth drastically more. There’s also a higher tier than Mythical but I haven’t yet been able to get a Dragon Skull drop so I’ll update this article once I do.
