Disney Dreamlight Valley’s August patch introduces five new meals to the recipe collection. Four meals are available for base game players, but the last dish ties into the A Rift in Time. The expansion pass also features additional recipes for special quests. We’ll break them all down by showing you the new Disney Dreamlight Valley recipes.

Dapper Delights expands the Appetizer, Entrees, and Dessert sections. Although some recipes were initially locked, the End of Summer Event finally introduces new marshmallow-based dishes. The celebration only lasts for a limited time, ending on Sept. 26, 2024. Be sure to collect the items by then, or else they may disappear.

The Seafood Boil recipe unlocks during Tiana’s Dreamlight Gastronomy quest. Nevertheless, you can still make it prior if you have the required ingredients. As for the marshmallows, you can pick up the pink ones from bushes in Valley Plaza. You can also grab blue variations on the grounds of Peaceful Meadow, Dazzle Beach, Forest of Valor, and Glade of Trust. The Blue Marshmallows can be relatively tricky to find, so if you need more help check out our guide regarding their locations.

The Default Sludge is the only recipe that has not yet been found. Based on the description in-game, it contains one ingredient, yet nothing seems to work with it. I’ve experienced an issue like this with the Dream Fizz, which couldn’t be made even with the right ingredients. We’ll just have to see what happens next for the Default Sludge, especially since many players have seen it appear as a villager’s favorite gift of the day.

The remaining dishes involve Jafar’s Alchemical Revolution quest. If you haven’t reached this mission, level up his Friendship level by providing his favorite gifts of the day.

Since this is the final part of A Rift in Time saga, the dishes mentioned above will likely be the last of Eternity Isle. However, considering the villain teaser shown in the ending of the expansion pass, there could be more to it.
