How to enter Poisonous Potato Dimension in Minecraft

To enter the Poisonous Potato Dimension in Minecraft, interact with a Pedestal at a nearby village while holding a Poisonous Potato. A chest will be stationed at spawn to provide you with the toxic potato. If you’re looking for a town, use the command ‘/locate structure minecraft: village’ and select the desired biome. Any location will do, so just look around for the Pedestal.

Creative mode users may also place down the Potato Portal via the Crafting Table inventory. Once the portal activates, go through it like a Nether Portal. Wait a few seconds to be transported to the Poisonous Potato Dimension. This dimension offers many explorative features, such as floating islands and potato-inspired village layouts.

How to make moving ship in Minecraft April Fools update

Although Vanilla Minecraft has yet to showcase moving ships, the April Fool’s update finally makes it happen. Based on the creation of Twitter/X user Dave Kratzy, the build can be made with the Floatatos, Floataters, and a Potato Battery. Start customizing a ship design with the Floatatos (above the ground) and then place the Floatater on the side. Now, it’s time to set the battery on top of the Floatater to power up the build.

Go on top of your creation and interact with the Potato Battery to get the ship moving. The battery will stay in the same spot while your build activates.

The moving ship is perfect for the floating islands around the Poisonous Potato Dimension. However, I recommend first testing it out in Creative mode to better prepare for the new realm.
