Although Zenless Zone Zero isn’t an open-world game, it still offers free roaming around New Eridu. The city features several unique points of interest, from restaurants to upgrade stores. So, if you need a guide for this area, we’re here to show all the New Eridu shops in Zenless Zone Zero.

Zenless Zone Zero New Eridu exploration guide

Whenever you take a break from combat, you’ll get the chance to explore New Eridu. Most shops won’t be available initially, so you’ll need to progress further in the story to unlock them. Here are all the available stores you can interact with in Zenless Zone Zero:

Random Play Video Store

Random Play is the central hub for the main protagonists, Belle and Wise. You’ll get to partake in commissions from here, including Story, Explore, and Combat quests. Then, you can kick up your heels and relax on the second floor when the day is over.

Besides missions, players can manage the Video Store’s inventory to earn Dennies currency. You can keep up with the latest trends and stock up on films that customers desire.

Waterfall Soup Noodle Shop

If you look to the left of the Video Store, you’ll spot a Noodle Shop on Sixth Street. Order a hot bowl of noodles to earn a unique buff for battles. However, you’ll need a certain amount of Dennies to purchase the food.

Bardic Needle Music Store

The Bardic Needle is your one-stop shop for powerful Drive Discs. These discs are essential tools that enhance your character’s abilities overall performance. It’ll be straight across from Random Play, but you must progress through the story to unlock it. Speak to Elfy about tuning or dismantling the Drive Discs to gather resources.

Turbo Remodeling Shop

You’ll see the Turbo Remodeling Shop toward the right side of the home base. This store is reserved for Bangboo upgrades, boosting their performance in battle.

Howl’s Newsstand

For the latest news, head to Howl’s Newsstand. The Ridu Newsletter shown here provides information on current events worldwide. Howl the dog also offers a Scratch Card, which grants you daily rewards.

Godfinger Arcade

While Godfinger Arcade isn’t a shop per se, it is a part of New Eridu’s many locations. You can play various games, like Snake Duel and Soul Hounds III, to rise up the ranks and earn rewards. Plus, you can compete in online competitions with other players and participate in time-limited for even more gifts.

141 Convenience Store

For all your upgrade material needs for Agents, the 141 Convenience Store, next to Howl’s Newsstand, is your go-to. The adorable Bangboos run this shop, and their inventory selection consistently changes over time, ensuring you always have what you need.

Coff Cafe Coffee Shop

The Coff Cafe will be right across from the convenience store, showcasing more earnable buffs. Pick up a cup of coffee to restore Battery Charges, a feature that ties into your character’s stamina. Additionally, the buffs it gives you can bestow more rewards from missions.

Box Galaxy Gadget Store

During the beginning of Zenless Zone Zero, you’ll unlock the Gadget Store to obtain and recycle W-Engines. These items are crucial for the Agent’s builds, enhancing their mission performance. If you aren’t sure where to find Box Galaxy, travel to the left side of the map, where you should see the entrance to the Metro Station.

Besides these New Eridu shops, you can travel to other points of interest by taking the Business Car in the Random Play’s Parking Lot. The Business Car is a key feature that allows you to travel to distant locations quickly. For instance, you can use it to reach areas such as the Hollow Investigative Association for VR Training. Or, utilize the ‘Travel’ button to go to these destinations from anywhere on the map.
