There is only one housing item that can be gained through a quest in Dawntrail, and it happens to be what amounts to a plate of Tacos. Xibruq Pibil is the reward for completing the level 94 MSQ quest ‘The Feat of Repast’.

If you’re planning a feast and want more Xibruq Pibil, it can also be purchased from a merchant in Yak T’el at (X:14.0, Y:13.0) for 5,000 Gil.
