All you need to get Phoebe and Roccia to level 90 as quickly as possible.

To the delight of all Cardcaptor Sakura fans, Phoebe just arrived to rival Jinhsi for the spot of the best Spectro DPS in Wuthering Waves. But just like with Roccia, you will need to collect 60x Firecracker Jewelweed to awaken her full potential.

So that you can quickly raise your favorite to level 90, here are all the Firecracker Jewelweed locations in Wuthering Waves, as well as how to get all of the remaining ascension materials for both Phoebe and Roccia.

All Firecracker Jewelweed locations in Wuthering Waves

A Rinascita exclusive, you can find around 50 Firecracker Jewelweed while exploring the region in Wuthering Waves. The majority of them (21) are found in the vicinity of Lorelei’s Atrium of Reflections, more specifically by the Nimbus Sanctum Dream Patrol Challenge. The remaining jewelweed can then be found at the eastmost portion of Requiem Ravine, as well as by the area’s Garden of Salvation. You can check out the exact locations of all jewelweed below:

You can gather the jewelweed way more easily by selecting Collection Spots while overviewing the specialty on your backpack on either Roccia or Phoebe’s ascension screens. The game will direct you toward one of the areas above and mark the location of all Firecracker Jewelweed within it. Once you collect all in the area, the marker will then shift to another and continue until you have gathered them all.

Where to buy Firecracker Jewelweed in Wuthering Waves

You can also purchase up to 15 Firecracker Jewelweed from Rosemary’s Apothecary in Ragunna City. You can find the apothecary by the City Square Resonance Beacon. Each jewelweed will cost 3,000 Shell Credits. Like most shops, the apothecary’s stock will be refreshed weekly.

How to get all of Phoebe’s remaining ascension materials

Apart from the 60 Firecracker Jewelweed, you will also need to expend a total of 46 Cleansing Conches, 170,000 Shell Credits, as well as four LF, 12 MF. 12 HF, and four FF Whisperin Cores to ascend Phoebe all the way to level 90.   • Cleansing Conches: By defeating Lorelei and claiming it among her rewards. The number of conches gained will depend on your SOL3 level.
  • LF/MF/HF/FF Whisperin Cores: By completing any of the Forgery Challenges across Huanglong. All cores can also be acquired via Conversion and Purification.

How to get all of Roccia’s remaining ascension materials

Although Roccia will also share Phoebe’s main ascension material by using Cleansing Conches, she will also need four LF, 12 MF, 12 HF, and four FF Tidal Residuum to reach level 90. As always you will also need to expend 170,000 Shell Credits. You can get all Tidal Residuum types in WuWa by completing Tidal Challenges across Rinascita, as well as via Convertion and Purification.
