All EA FC 25 pre-order discounts, listed

There are still a few weeks left until EA FC 25‘s early access goes live on September 20, with the full launch a week later. This means you still have the opportunity to pre-order.

The upcoming football video game is currently available for pre-order on all available platforms. You can choose between two editions of EA FC 25: Standard and Ultimate. Your choice should depend on your preferences, and you can already enjoy discounts on your purchase. These pre-order discount options are available on both the Standard and Ultimate Editions of the game (depending on which offer you pick).

EA FC 25 EA Play discount

If you’re a member of EA Play, you’ll get a 10% discount on any purchase. This applies to both the Standard and Ultimate Edition. This discount is available for both PC and console players. On Xbox, your Game Pass Ultimate membership lets you get the discount.

Your EA Play membership will also entitle you to a 10-hour trial, which begins on September 20. All your in-game progression from the trial will be carried over to the full purchase. This is a neat way to test out the game or play 10 extra hours in case you buy the Standard Edition (since it doesn’t offer early access).

EA FC 25 Loyalty Discount

If you have bought and played EA FC 24, you can get a 10% discount while getting the Ultimate Edition. This bonus is now automatically available on all pre-orders on PC and consoles. But there’s a catch: The offer is platform-specific. If you played the game on PS5 like I did, you’ll get the offer only on a copy for the same platform. PC users will get the same benefit on Steam (assuming that’s where they bought EA FC 24 from).

You can’t combine the Loyalty discount with the EA Play one. You can get, at most, a 10% price reduction on a digital purchase.

EA FC 25 physical edition discounts

Yes, EA FC 25 will also come in the form of physical copies, and you can find them across your local retailers (or on sites like Amazon). Physical copies don’t usually have the same discount percentage at all sources, and it will largely depend on your available retailers.

Usually, you can expect between 5% and 10% discounts when pre-ordering a physical copy of the upcoming title. You’ll still need to download most of the game before you can jump in on September 20 (or September 27).
