Every game mode in Delta Force: Hawk Ops

Delta Force: Hawk Ops offers three game modes in total:

  • Tactical Turmoil
  • Havoc Warfare
  • Campaign

Since the game is still in the alpha stage, only Tactical Turmoil and Havoc Warfare are available to play. You can’t access the Campaign yet, as it’s strictly reserved for launch. Let’s now take a look at each of these game modes in detail.

Tactical Turmoil

Tactical Turmoil is the extraction mode in the game and is very similar to the likes of Escape from Tarkov, Arena Breakout: Infinite, and Grayzone Warfare. It’s a PvPvE mode which means you’ll find both real players and AI in matches.

You can complete missions, loot important items like meds and weapons, kill bosses, and finally extract successfully after ticking off everything from the list. Like other extraction shooters, you’ll lose everything from your inventory once you die, which means you’ll have to start afresh from the next match.

Havoc Warfare

Havoc Warfare is a dedicated PvP multiplayer game mode and gives you a proper Battlefield-like experience. You get matched in 32 vs 32 lobbies where one team needs to defend while the other one attacks.

The maps in this mode are diverse, and just like Battlefield games, you can use Pilot Assault Ships, Battle Tanks, Black Hawk Heavy Helicopters, armored vehicles, Heavy ATVs, and more. This game mode will test your ultimate prowess as you only get matched against real players.

Campaign (single-player)

Upon release, the campaign mode will feature a remaster of Black Hawk Down. Several classic characters will make their comeback and you can immerse yourself once more in “Mogadishu’s town, street battles, night ops, and crash sites”.

Right now, it’s hard to tell whether Team Jade has more game modes in store for a full launch. If and when that happens, we’ll update this section with all the latest info.

Before you jump into the Alpha test, be sure to check the game’s minimum and recommended PC system requirements and all platforms it’s available on.
