The Legend of Zelda: Echoes of Wisdom will have amiibo support, and a list of compatible toys-to-life figures has been revealed. Some even include the Smash Bros. interpretations of the Zelda characters we know and love.
Every Echoes of Wisdom amiibo that works with the game
According to a translation of the game’s official website spotted by Nintendo Life, the Echoes of Wisdom amiibo include the following:
- Ganondorf (Tears of the Kingdom)
- Zelda (Tears of the Kingdom)
- Link (Tears of the Kingdom)
- Zelda & Loftwing (Skyward Sword)
- Link (Link’s Awakening)
- Young Link (Smash Bros)
- Urbosa (Breath of the Wild)
- Daruk (Breath of the Wild)
- Mipha (Breath of the Wild)
- Revali (Breath of the Wild)
- Link (Skyward Sword)
- Link (Twilight Princess)
- Link (Majora’s Mask)
- Guardian (Breath of the Wild)
- Zelda (Breath of the Wild)
- Bokoblin (Breath of the Wild)
- Link Rider (Breath of the Wild)
- Link Bow (Breath of the Wild)
- Zelda (Wind Waker)
- Toon Link (Wind Waker)
- Link (Ocarina of Time)
- Link (The Legend of Zelda)
- Wolf Link (Twilight Princess)
- Ganondorf (Smash Bros)
- Sheik (Smash Bros)
- Toon Link (Smash Bros)
- Zelda (Smash Bros)
- Link (Smash Bros)
The unlocks from each amiibo will vary. They’ll give Zelda different items, similar to how Breath of the Wild and Tears of the Kingdom work. Additionally, we’ll also gain different colors of clothing for the princess. It would be cool to see a Wolf Zelda variant, but that seems just a dream. When you look at the list, it’s quite astonishing how many Zelda-related amiibo figures have been released over the years.
There is no word yet on whether or not there will be amiibo specifically for Echoes of Wisdom. It seems unlikely, as we’re just a month out from the game’s launch as of the time of writing.
