MW3 and Warzone Season 5 has begun its WWE extravaganza, showcasing exclusive events and limited-time modes. It changes up the pace of Call of Duty’s typical shooting maneuvers by incorporating more deadly Finishing Moves. In this guide, we’ll give you the lowdown on the MW3 and Warzone SummerSlam event, including challenges and rewards.
Modern Warfare 3 and Warzone WWE SummerSlam event guide
Similar to past events, you’ll need to complete a specific objective in MW3, Zombies, or Warzone to claim a reward. You don’t necessarily have to play all three modes, but you can mix and match if you think one is much easier than the other. The SummerSlam event presents a few tricky challenges that require you to get up close and personal. To make things easier, participate in the Slam Deathmatch mode to perform executions, aka Finishing Moves. Not only will it reward you, but it also allows you to try out the WWE attacks for free.
If you’re trying out the Calling Card Warzone challenge, the interrogation button will be the same input for reloads. Just ensure not to kill the enemy when they’re down, as this duration will allow the interaction. As for MW3 Zombies, the only task that might be confusing is the ‘Explosive Damage Kills.’ For this, equip a grenade launcher. You may also need the Shatter Blast Ammo Mod for it to count.
Once you’ve earned all seven rewards, you’ll unlock the Scorch Wrestler’s Uniform in MW3 and Warzone.
It’s not often that we see a free Operator skin, so you should definitely finish up the tasks before the event ends. The celebration will only last around a week, concluding on Aug. 7, 2024. The Slam Deathmatch will also be removed afterward, but it may come back for another round.
