The Death’s grasp has seized the Vortex, unleashing skeleton-themed cosmetics and XP consumables. You’ll need to complete objectives in MW3, Warzone, or Zombies to earn these items, including the Mastery Press “F” blueprint. Every reward in the Vortex: Death’s Lair event is tied to an objective within MW3, Zombies, or Warzone. You don’t need to participate in all three modes, just as long as you complete one objective for the gift. Operators can also equip the exclusive Horseman: Death Ultra Skin to earn more boosts during the event. This unique bundle costs 2,400 COD Points, which translates to $19.99.

You can track your progress for Vortex: Death’s Grip via the Event page. Those who complete all nine challenges will earn a new blueprint for an Assault Rifle, showcasing a nod to Advanced Warfare’s “Press F to pay respects” meme.

The Mastery enhances the performance of the SVA 545, featuring attributes like 2.5X Magnification, Bullet Velocity, and Horizontal Recoil Control. It also comes with a 60-round Mag, so you don’t have to worry too much about your bullet capacity.

Keep in mind that the Vortex: Death’s Lair event will conclude on July 24, 2024. Make sure to finish challenges before Season 5 rolls out.
