MW3 and Warzone Critical Countdown event guide

In the Critical Countdown event, the key to unlocking rewards lies in obtaining DNA samples from fallen enemies in MW3 Multiplayer and Zombies. Loot caches in Warzone also hold these valuable samples, so it’s crucial to scavenge as much as possible. There are three types of DNA samples: Ade, Cyto, and Thy. However, Operators must amass a specific quantity to unlock the following rewards in the MW3 and Warzone Critical Countdown event:

While the Ade samples provide various tokens, Cyto seems to primarily provide distinct cosmetics. Another strain, Thy, was recently implemented for even more rewards. Yet, one DNA sample is currently locked and will likely be released soon.

Any time you step into a match, ensure that you pick up the DNA sample from fallen enemies or loot caches. They are relatively noticeable with their glowing effect. DNA samples are also randomized, either dropping Cyto or Ade.

Although we have yet to see the other DNA samples, we do know the end goal of the World Ender Mastery reward.

To earn this exclusive blueprint, complete all Mastery Challenges by collecting each designated DNA sample. However, the clock is ticking as the event will conclude on June 25, 2024. So, gear up and strive to achieve this task before then.
