It’s called Sequence, and it’s in the works right now. When it’s all said and done, it will retail for 400 MS Points ($5.00 USD), but it’s not done yet, and that’s why the creator, Jason Wishnov, is asking for your backing at Kickstarter.

The game takes music rhythm games and applies strategy and tactics. There’s battles, hit points, spells, item synthesis and all that good jazz. Sounds interesting, doesn’t it? The above video does not show much, but it definitely has me interested.

A small team has worked 18 months on this, and now it’s nearing completion. There’s an 8-hour story mode with full voice acting, and a script written by “Hollywood writers.”

If this sounds like something you can get behind, Wishnov is still asking for more backing. Pledge $4 and get the game for free. Pledge more and you can even get your name in the credits.

[Thanks, Ceark]
