A fairly big Metal Gear Solid compilation is coming to Switch and other platforms

Metal Gear Solid Master Collection: Volume 1

Nintendo had a few surprises in store for their Nintendo Direct today, and one of them includes an October 2023 compilation release for Metal Gear Solid. It’s called Metal Gear Solid Master Collection: Volume 1, and it’s coming to Switch, as well PC (Steam), PS5, and Xbox Series X/S.

Screenplay books, master books (with story and character info), strategy guides for each game (!), and a digital soundtrack are in as extras. It’s out on October 24, 2023, and pre-orders are open today. The first three games will be sold separately (for $19.99) if you don’t want the whole shebang for $59.99!

For me, the Metal Gear Solid: Digital Graphic Novel is a great addition that I love seeing preserved. I still have it on PSP!
