Despite its notorious buggery, Fallout: New Vegas has been performing pretty damn well in the sales department. Obsidian’s post-apocalyptic spin-off has beaten Fallout 3‘s debut sales by almost a third. Ring-a-ding-ding!
New Vegas shot to the top of all format charts in the UK this week, having released this past Friday. Quite a notable success, especially in a country that almost exclusively buys football games and Modern Warfare 2.Â
New Vegas has become quite a controversial subject thanks to its myriad glitches, but it does throw up an interesting “experience vs. product’ debate. Just a shame nobody’s interested in that debate as much as they are whining about anybody who has anything positive to say.Â
