Yee-haw! Giddy up! Er, what is it that you shout when you’re riding a bull or taming a wild horse? I don’t know, but I suppose I’ll find out when Top Hand Rodeo Tour hits PlayStation Network this year.

Developed by SFC Rodeo Games, a new indie developer based out of Texas, the game will utilize PlayStation Move for its rodeo action, including Team Roping, Barrel Racing, and Tie-down Roping. The founders of SFC Rodeo Games are Woody Addison and Tracey Cearley, both of whom have a passion for rodeo sports that it hopes to translate to games.

“Our vision is to take the renowned sport of rodeo and turn it into an action packed game the whole family is sure to love,” said Addison, adding that they want to bring players “an ultra-realistic rodeo without ever leaving home.” Sounds safer, honestly.

Top Hand Rodeo Tour
is exclusive to PSN, and will be out this fall. My back kind of hurts just thinking about it.
