Several new PS3 ‘Greatest Hits’ titles announced

Wal-Mart flyers, like old women, don’t lie. As was gathered from an advertisement spotted by a NeoGAF poster the other afternoon, several high profile titles PS3 titles are indeed joining the “Greatest Hits” collection. SCEA gave us the full list of $29.99 titles that are becoming the newest members of the extra cheap library of games.

Headlining the list is The God of War: Collection and Killzone 2. LittleBigPlanet GOTY, inFAMOUS, Resistance 2, Dead Space, Fight Night Round 4, Resident Evil 5, Soul Calibur, and UFC 2009 Undisputed are the others.

In a statement, SCEA VP of marketing Scott Steinberg said “with a growing install base of more than 33 million PS3 systems worldwide, we’re seeing continued momentum on the PS3 platform.” He continues, stating that SCEA is “committed” to delivering “huge value” to consumers.
