Ancient Depth Serpent is an exclusive fish that is available in the Absolute Darkness event in Fisch. This fish has glowing eyes and armored scales. How to catch the Ancient Depth Serpent in Fisch

First off, the Absolute Darkness event is only available in The Depths, which means that Ancient Depth Serpent is not available on any other island. The Absolute Darkness event happens randomly and runs around for 10 minutes. 

You have to enter the Absolute Darkness event by reaching The Depths. The environment will suddenly turn pitch black, and you can hear a siren sound, which indicates that you have entered the event.

Once you have entered the event, you have to explore the place. After a certain time, you can see a message popping up in the screen: “The depths have grown darker!” From there, you have to follow the Ancient Depth Serpent prompt till you find a yellow spot. 

Go to the yellow spot and start fishing. Remember, once you reach the yellow spot, the radar will disappear. Also, you need the Truffle Worm as bait to catch the fish. You can get the Truffle Worm from Treasure Chests, Volcanic Geodes or Coral Geodes.

It is also important to note that this yellow spot lasts only for a few minutes, even before the event ends. So you have to be very quick in finding the yellow spot and catching the fish.

Once you start fishing, you can see a radar that you have to position in such a way that you won’t miss out on the fish indicator. Once you have done it, you will catch the Ancient Depth Serpent.
