Disney Dreamlight Valley’s Sew Delightful update
In December 2023, Disney Dreamlight Valley added Jack Skellington as an unlockable villager you could meet by collecting Matryoshka dolls. Nearly one year later, Sally is joining us as part of the Sew Delightful update for all players.
Alongside Sally’s arrival in Dreamlight Valley, we’ll also be introduced to Floating Islands, which you can fast-travel to, giving you more building options that differ from the massive terrain of Dreamlight Valley.
The Sew Delightful update arrives on December 4, 2024, for all players.
2025 Roadmap
Next on the list is Disney Dreamlight Valley’s 2025 content roadmap. Although it didn’t reveal everything that’s to come, the roadmap alludes to the arrival of Aladdin’s cast and Alice in Wonderland’s Cheshire cat during the early Spring and Summer of 2025.
The Storybook Vale expansion pack
Disney Dreamlight Valley’s second expansion, The Storybook Vale, has officially been announced! It’ll introduce an entirely new region, The Vale, with characters like Tangled’s Flynn and Brave’s Merida making their debut. We also catch a glimpse of Hades and Maleficent, confirming A Rift in Time’s foreshadowing of their introductions in the expansion’s third arc.
Much like A Rift in Time, The Storybook Vale will feature tons of new furniture items, quest lines, and cooking recipes to unlock. While the showcase didn’t highlight every available feature, we learned a lot about its three biomes ā The Bind, Mythopia, and Everafter ā alongside cross-pack interactions with Rift in Time’s character.
The Storybook Vale’s first part will arrive as a paid expansion on November 20, 2024, with its second part launching in Summer 2025.
