Before we dive in, you must know that you cannot change your region while you change your server. You also can’t opt for the World is currently in maintenance or Full World.

  • Step 1: Head straight to the store and click on the ‘Character Transfer’ menu.
  • Step 2: Claim your free Character Transfer token to change your server for free.
  • Step 3: Once claimed, choose the new World you wish to explore.
  • Step 4: A confirmation window will pop up; just confirm it and you will change your server.

As mentioned before, you won’t lose any progress if you are changing your server. Here is the stuff that will carry over to the new World:

  • Character progression, such as titles, weapon mastery, and more
  • Faction Alliance
  • Inventory
  • Quest progress
  • House
  • Housing decoration

Also, once you have done the transfer, you can’t change your servers again unless you buy a World or Region Transfer token from the in-game store. However, you can also change your server for free if you are inactive for 180 days.
