Kronk’s Spinach Puffs can be created with the following ingredients:

• Spinach
• Canola
• Cheese

Spinach seeds can be bought from Goofy’s Stall in the Glade of Trust, while Canola seeds is purchased at Goofy’s Stall in the Forest of Valor. Spinach seeds are 45 Star Coins and Canola seeds are 25 Star Coins. They’re thankfully cheap to buy, unlike Pumpkin seeds and the ingredient itself.

You might be lucky and find both of the ingredients at Goofy’s Stall after they’ve been grown. This seems to be random, however. If you’re lucky, Spinach costs 62 Star Coins, while Canola sets you back 164 Star Coins.

Lastly, Cheese can be bought from Chez Remy for 180 Star Coins. You’ll need to complete the Ratatouille realm and invite Remy to your valley to find this ingredient.

Once you’ve created Kronk’s Spinach Puffs in Disney Dreamlight Valley, you can sell it for 461 Star Coins or eat it for 750 Energy.
