The New Foundation Evolution is now live in EA FC 25, and it allows one of your Squad Foundations items to get some handy upgrades.
This is the first time EA Sports has released an evolution targeted towards a particular promo. As a result, the number of eligible items are less. In fact, the requirements of this evolution is pretty straightforward – has to be a Squad Foundations item, and shouldn’t have more than seven playstyles.
EA FC 25 New Foundation Evolution Upgrades
The New Foundation Evolution has three levels of upgrades, and they have certain conditions.

- Rarity In-Progress Evolution

- Passing +2Ā (^85)
- Defending +2Ā (^85)
Level 3 Upgrades
- Rarity SQUAD FOUNDATIONS
- WF +1 ā Ā (^4)
- PlayStyle Relentless
- Pace +2Ā (^87)
- Defending +2Ā (^85)
Level 1 Upgrade Challenges
- Play 2 matches in any mode using your active EVO player in game.
- Win 1 match in any mode using your active EVO player in game.
Level 2 Upgrade Challenges
- Play 2 matches in Rush, Rivals, or Squad Battles on Min. Semi-Pro using your active EVO player in game.
- Win 2 matches in Rush, Rivals, or Squad Battles on Min. Semi-Pro using your active EVO player in game.
Level 3 Upgrade Challenges
- Play 4 matches in Rush, Rivals, or Squad Battles on Min. Semi-Pro using your active EVO player in game.
- Win 2 matches in Rush, Rivals, or Squad Battles on Min. Semi-Pro using your active EVO player in game.

All these items can easily reach the highest possible overall rating of 86, and they will benefit the most from the stat upgrades.
