Your first look at NeoGeo Battle Coliseum on XBLA

MS Xbox World has gotten their hands all over SNK’s upcoming NeoGeo Battle Coliseum for Xbox Live Arcade. They have a few videos you can download showing off some cinematics, the character select and the Achievements for the game. Above, you can watch various fighters from the SNK universe battle it out.

As GamerBytes points out, the sprites have been improved for the XBLA release and the game is presented in widescreen. I’m really digging the way the game is looking. Sadly, Battle Coliseum is only slated for a Japanese release later this year. No word on a European or American release, but fingers crossed we hear something soon.
