How to fix Account Authorization Error

You can fix the annoying Account Authorization Error in Throne and Liberty by restarting your PC. Unfortunately restarting your game alone does not seem to fix this issue, and a complete PC restart seems to be necessary. This happens because of the anticheat system that NCSoft uses with Throne and Liberty. Sometimes when you get disconnected abruptly, the anticheat gets stuck in a sort of limbo phase of not noticing that you’ve logged out client-side, so when you try to log back in, it has a different token than it was expecting upon login.

Even though it can be annoying to have to restart your PC, it is guaranteed to fix the Account Authorization Error when trying to launch Throne and Liberty, so it’s worth doing.

What about the Kicked by Easy Anti-Cheat error?

A similar error that can occur in Throne and Liberty is the Kicked by Easy Anti-Cheat (41) and Kicked by Easy Anti-Cheat (47) error messages. While these can also be fixed by restarting your PC, they can also be fixed by completely closing down Throne and Liberty and re-launching it. This error occurs when the Easy Anti-Cheat software has a hiccup when trying to run in your Throne and Liberty executable, so by restarting it completely, you refresh the process to fix any previous issues.

Regardless, if you find yourself constantly getting both of these errors, you could have a connection error that is causing the problem. Both issues seem to stem from getting unexpectedly disconnected from the Throne and Liberty servers, so if you know the servers are not having issue, double check with your ISP and your internet connection to make sure it is stable.
