Get ready to part with your Rupees

Accessories are incredibly useful in Zelda: Echoes of Wisdom, but you can only equip one at the start of the game. If you want to equip more, you’ll need to pay a visit to the Great Fairy, but she can seem a little hard to track down.

To find the Great Fairy, you’ll need to make your way to Lake Hylia, and then it’s time to go for a swim. The Great Fairy Shrine is located on an island in the middle of the lake.

To get to Lake Hylia, you’ll need to head east from Suthorn Prairie or north from Suthorn Forest. Otherwise, you can reach it by exiting the south gate of Hyrule Castle and heading east.

Make sure that you activate the Waypoint outside the entrance to the Great Fairy Shrine before your first visit. This will allow you to immediately fast travel to the location for subsequent visits.

Head into the Shrine and make sure to grab the two Fairies who are floating around the room, then interact with the pool in the middle. This will summon the Great Fairy, who will then channel her inner Gok Wan and make you more stylish (and powerful) through the powers of accessorizing.

After her opening words, select “Make me more stylish!” and then you’ll have the option to purchase additional accessory slots. Each slot will cost incrementally more than the previous one, and you’ll need a total of 1,900 Rupees to eventually unlock all five slots:
