Destiny 2 Wild Style god roll – Best perks and attachments

Go wild with this god roll.

If you’re running Nightfalls weekly in Destiny 2, there’s a good chance you’ll receive that week’s weapon. You’ll even get it in Adept form if you kill all Champions in a Grandmaster Nightfall run. These weapons are highly sought after for their boosted stats, though getting the best variants of these weapons can be a confusing process. Here’s the god roll for the Wild Style grenade launcher in Destiny 2.

The Wild Style is part of the Double Fire archetype of grenade launchers, causing it to fire two hard-hitting grenades with each shot. Since it has just one shot in the magazine, this means you’ll get to fire two grenades for every reload instead of just one. This helps a lot for DPS and can pair nicely with a few select perks and attachments those are as follows:

  • Launcher Barrel: Volatile Launch
  • Magazine: Disorienting Grenades
  • Perk 1: Reconstruction
  • Perk 2: Incandescent

Volatile Launch does bring with it reduced handling and projectile speed, but that blast radius helps to balance out the negative of the magazine, Disorienting Grenades. This magazine causes shots to blind targets and makes taking them down much easier, but also reduces the blast radius by a massive degree. Reconstruction is another incredible perk on grenade launchers, letting them reload over time (even while stowed). This could give the Wild Style two in the mag, thus equating to four grenades per reload. Finally, we have Incandescent, which causes defeated enemies to scorch nearby targets. Deleting a powerful enemy with this makes taking out the nearby ads much easier.

If you want to switch some things up, Reconstruction can be swapped for Envious Assassin. This does the same thing as Reconstruction, but procs off of kills instead. Provided you’re getting consistent kills with your other weapons, this could be faster. Incandescent can also be swapped for Vorpal Weapon if you want to damage powerful enemies more instead.
