Best Tanto .22 loadout in Call of Duty: Black Ops 6 beta

Ready to conquer BO6 beta?

Black Ops 6 beta Weekend Two introduces a new SMG, the Tanto .22, brimming with untapped firepower. While its base build may not be optimal, particularly due to its challenging recoil, the potential of this weapon is undeniable. If you’re ready to harness this power, here’s the best Tanto .22 loadout for Call of Duty: Black Ops 6 beta.

What is the best loadout for the Tanto .22 in Black Ops 6 beta?

After testing out multiple attachments in Black Ops 6 beta, you can equip these items to get the best Tanto .22 loadout:

  • Muzzle: Ported Compensator
  • Underbarrel: Ranger Foregrip
  • Magazine: Extended Mag II
  • Rear Grip: Quickdraw Grip
  • Fire Mods: Raid Fire
  • Gunfighter Perk active:
    • Merlin Mini
    • Reinforced Barrel
    • Balanced Stock

If you have the Gunfighter Wildcard, you’ll have the power to place eight attachments to your gun’s build. But since not everyone uses this perk, I’ve listed the five primary items you absolutely must have. The other three are mainly just a bonus to max out its performance completely.

We first need to work on the Tanto .22’s recoil, which can be improved with the Ranger Foregrip and Ported Compensator. The Underbarrel also helps with speed, giving it that classic SMG mobility. The Quickdraw Grip greatly enhances this, too, with Aim Down Sight speed.

Besides recoil control and speed, the fire rate definitely needs an upgrade. Use the Rapid Fire mod to compensate for this, resulting in quicker takedowns. Last but not least is the standard Extended Mag II, which I always like to attach to SMGs for the increased ammo capacity. However, if you’re concerned about maintaining the weapon’s handling, you could settle for the Extended Mag I, which provides a smaller ammo boost without sacrificing as much handling.

Those with the Gunfighter Wildcard can place the Reinforced Barrel to give it more firepower. Then, use the Balanced Stock to improve speed once more, specifically for ADS and movement. You can go with any Optic, but if you’re unsure which one to pick, equip the Merlin Mini. With all eight attachments in place, the Tanto .22’s performance should change drastically, forging a build that can dominate Black Ops 6 beta.
