Every key member of the Revolutionary Army in One Piece

The World Government should watch their backs.

After its establishment, the World Government of One Piece has retained a tight hold of power over its subjects. However, the government is far from being benevolent. They may masquerade as servants of justice, but most of its members are even worse than the series’ worst criminals. It is evident during Imu’s recent order to annihilate the kingdom of Lulusia.

Such acts of cruelty have left many in despair, fueling the resolve of those who resist the government’s tyranny. At the forefront of this struggle against oppression is the Revolutionary Army. They have been recruiting and inciting forces to fight against the World Government’s injustices, even aiding in their uprising. Here are the key members of the organization.

Leaders of the Revolutionary Army

At the helm of the organization are the supreme commander Monkey D. Dragon and the chief of staff Sabo. They oversee the operation of the entire organization, with Sabo being in charge of the personnel. In addition, Sabo is also considered as the group’s No. 2.

Monkey D. Dragon is the most wanted man in the world. He was the captain of the Freedom Fighters and established the Revolutionary Army along with Bartholomew Kuma and Emporio Ivankov. Dragon was a Marine soldier, but he left them after realizing their hypocrisy. As such, his primary goal is to overthrow the World Government and realize true justice. Despite being Garp’s son and Luffy’s father, little is known about his combat ability.

Sabo, on the other hand, is Luffy and Ace’s long-lost bonded brother. Dragon saved and took him in after a Celestial Dragon blasted his ship. Sabo then rose through the ranks of the Revolutionary Army. After meeting with Luffy at Dressrosa, he ultimately acquired Ace’s Flame-Flame Fruit.

Two other notable officers are Koala and Hack, who are mostly seen accompanying Sabo. Koala is the child adopted and raised by the Sun Pirates, while Hack is a close friend of Jimbei.

G Army

Emporio Ivankov, often known simply as Iva, leads the G Army, which operates within the Grand Line. As the “Miracle Worker” of the Kamabakka Queendom, Ivankov is famous for his use of the Horm-Horm Fruit, which allows him to manipulate hormones in both himself and others. This makes him a versatile fighter and healer. Ivankov is one of the founders of the Revolutionary Army and was a former slave alongside Kuma.

Ivankov is assisted by his vice-captain Inazuma. Inazuma, who ate the Snip-Snip Fruit, can cut through any solid material. He and Ivankov were imprisoned at Impel Down, and both characters played important roles during the jailbreak. Inazuma was also the one who helped Luffy reach Ace’s execution platform during the Marineford War.

North Army

The Revolutionary Army’s North Army is mainly responsible for overseeing the organization’s activities in North Blue. They are led by Karasu, who consumed the Soot-Soot Fruit. It’s a Logia-type Devil Fruit that lets its eater transform their body into soot. Karasu mostly utilizes his Devil Fruit abilities to conjure a murder of crows, which he uses to infiltrate establishments and attack his foes.

Jiron assists Karasu as the North Army’s vice-captain. However, Jiron has yet to make his abilities known, though he seems capable of consuming inedible objects. During his bet with Gambo, Jiron ate the telescope he used to spot Sabo’s return.

East Army

Belo Betty, the leader of the East Army, is as charismatic as she is powerful. She possesses the Pump-Pump Fruit, a Devil Fruit that allows her to inspire and empower others to rise up and fight for their freedom. While under the effect of her abilities, Betty’s targets receive a boost in physical prowess and fighting spirits. However, we still don’t know how long that buff lasts. Nonetheless, Belo Betty is a master of inciting rebellion and motivating oppressed civilians to take action against their corrupt rulers.

Ahiru serves as the East Army’s vice-captain. She has a cybernetic arm that is capable of shooting beams. She almost shot Sabo during the latter’s return to Kamabakka Queendom.

Morley of One Piece

West Army

The West Army, headed by Morley, is responsible for the West Blue. Morley is a flamboyant and cheerful Giant. A former prisoner of Impel Down, Morley wields the Paramythia-type Push-Push Fruit that allows him to move the ground as if it were clay, making him a key figure in infiltrating heavily fortified areas. Morley’s Devil Fruit power was a key component to the Revolutionary Army executives’ infiltration of Mary Geoise. This same ability allowed Morley to secretly construct the hidden Newkama Land at Impel Down.

Even though Morley has yet to fight a full battle, he is still strong enough to exchange blows with Admiral Ryokugyu without suffering any injury. Furthermore, he can use both Color of Armament and Color of Observation Haki.

The West Army’s vice-captain is Ushiano. He is a cattle Mink with a very long neck and spotted fur. Though Ushiano is still yet to join any fight, his Mink lineage should allow him to utilize Electro and turn into Sulong during a full moon.

South Army

Lindbergh, the inventive commander of the South Army, is known for his genius-level engineering skills. A cat Mink hailing from Zou, Lindbergh is constantly developing new technology to aid the Revolutionary Army in its fight against the World Government. Similar to Ushiano, Lindbergh should have access to both Electro and Sulong. Even so, he prefers to use his inventions to beat up his enemies. He commands great mastery over his self-developed jetpack and is a very good shot with his Cool Shooter and Laser Shooter.

Assisting Lindbergh as the South Army’s vice-captain is the intriguing Gambo. Gamo is an egg-shaped man with huge, pointy mustaches. Unfortunately, very little is known about Gambo’s combat prowess, as he has yet to join any battle. However, he seems to enjoy gambling, as he is the one who initiated a bet with Jiron. Interestingly, though, he also refused to pay up after losing the said bet.
