Players can currently get a total of 39 videotapes in Zenless Zone Zero, with the large majority of them being rewarded by reaching new Video Store levels. The remaining can be acquired by completing select customer-related missions and agent stories, as well as by opening Missing Mini Cargo Trucks.

You can increase your video store level in ZZZ by completing certain store promotion missions. As you can see below, the missions will only become available after you clear set requirements. Once unlocked, all of them can be completed by simply talking to Heddy at Random Play. Here’s how to increase your video store level in Zenless Zone Zero:
- Level 2: Complete the game’s Prologue, reach Inter-Knock level 20, and then clear the Business Performance: Earning Some Glances mission.
- Level 3: Complete the game’s Prologue, reach Inter-Knock level 25, and then clear the Business Performance: Earning Loyalty mission.
- Level 4: Complete the game’s Prologue, reach Inter-Knock level 30, and then clear the Business Performance: Customer-Approved mission.
- Level 5: Complete the game’s first chapter, reach Inter-Knock level 35, and then clear the Business Performance: A Local Icon mission.
- Level 6: Complete the game’s first chapter, reach Inter-Knock level 40, and then clear the Business Performance: Trendsetting Store mission.
