Arena Breakout: Infinite early access release date set for August, includes a pre-load headstart

After a month of beta testing earlier in 2024, Arena Breakout: Infinite now has a solidified release date on the horizon for its early access debut.

Morefun Studios has confirmed Arena Breakout: Infinite will be released in early access on August 12, 2024, at 7 pm PST / 10 pm ET / 2 am GMT (August 13). You can pre-load the game a day earlier for an ideal headstart. This is a little more than a month after its closed beta ended on June 28.

The devs didn’t reveal any details about the game’s full release yet. They have further mentioned players will be able to download the game files from their official website only during the entire early access period.

As a result, the Steam page for Arena Breakout: Infinite will be up the entire time but you won’t be able to download the game from Valve’s game client. So, if you want to jump back into the immersive tactical extraction FPS this August, downloading from their official website is the only way to go.

The early access will kick off with three maps namely Armory, Farm, and Valley. You can also choose from an arsenal of 48 unique weapons and there will be an all-new realistic climate system that will alternate between sunny and overcast weather conditions. Some other new features include a Kill Cam and an option to spectate.

“There’s no wipe planned for now” the devs have confirmed. The primary areas of focus during the early access include “optimization, new features, fine-tuning gameplay mechanics, and balance monetization systems.”
