Modern Warfare 3 and Warzone Season 5 challenges are here, starting with their Week 1 objectives. This time, no Recommended weapons are required, giving you the option to choose any gun you desire. To help you earn the new Aftermarket Part, we’ll show you how to complete these challenges.
All Modern Warfare 3 Season 5 Week 1 challenges
Modern Warfare 3’s Season 5 Week 1 challenges involve Shotguns, Sniper Rifles, and SMGs. This variety allows you to experience both close and long-range battles.

| Get 30 Operator Longshot Kills | Longshot kills can vary with distances. For example, submachine guns require you to get a kill from 30 meters away, while sniper rifles involve 50 meters. That means weapons with better range will mandate more distance for the elimination. | 5,000 XP |
| Get 25 Operator Kills while in Midair | Jump off from an elevated surface and get a kill while in the air. | 5,000 XP |
| Get 20 Operator Hipfire kills with SMGs | Don’t aim while shooting. | 5,000 XP |
| Get 10 Operator 1 Shot 1 Kill with a Sniper Rifle | Use maps with longer distances, like Greece, Highrise, or Terminal | 7,500 XP |
| Get five Operator Clean Kills with Shotguns | Don’t take damage when targeting an enemy. It’ll be fairly challenging to do with a shotgun, given that it requires close-quarters combat. Thus, you may need to practice a bit to get the hang of it. | 7,500 XP |
| Get three Operator Triple Kills with SMGs | Small maps offer better chances for multiple kills. Use Shipment, Dome, or Emergency to make it easier. | 10,000 XP |
All MW3 Zombies Season 5 Week 1 challenges
Like the previous season, Zombies mode challenges take things up a notch with its significant amount of kills. It’ll likely mandate multiple rounds, especially with the sniper rifle-based eliminations.

| Get 200 One Shot Kills with a Sniper Rifle | Since this is Zombies mode, it will take quite a while to reach this feat. Make sure to always set up explosives around you if you stay in one place to do this. | 7,500 XP |
| Get 10 Zombie Kills without taking damage 20 times with a Shotgun | This achievement is basically the same as Clean Kills. Use the Low Threat Level zone to get through it quickly. | 7,500 XP |
| Get three Mangler Kills with a SMG | Participate in Bounty contracts or look for them in the higher Threat Level zones. | 10,000 XP |
All Warzone Season 5 Week 1 challenges
For Warzone’s Season 5 Week 1 challenges, players can travel to the Urzikstan map, showcasing a new Point of Interest (POI). This new POI, the Superstore destination, is a great spot for looting and clearing out one of the first objectives.

Completing any five challenges in Warzone, MW3, and Zombies earns you the Jak Widemouth Barrel Aftermarket Part. This item improves the MORS Sniper Rifle, unleashing lethal projectiles upon firing.
Thanks to the patch notes, we have already gained insight into other Aftermarket Parts for MW3 and Warzone Season 5. You can look forward to the arrival of the versatile JAK Slash and the Reclaimer 18’s JAK Devastators.
Those who complete the entire Weekly Challenges for Season 5 will obtain the Chainbreaker camo. However, you’ll need to wait until the end of the season to collect all rewards.
