EA FC 24 players will soon be able to enjoy Title Update 18 on all available platforms, including Nintendo Switch. While the upcoming patch doesn’t have too many changes to offer, it does fix one of the major issues which has plagued the community.
For several months, there were incidents when the goal multiplier, associated with a particular friendly mode, didn’t work as expected. This often resulted in a lot of frustration for many, as this friendly mode was associated with different objectives. Thankfully, the same problem will no longer arise once the new patch goes live.
EA FC 24 Title Update 18 patch notes
Most of the errors and bugs in EA FC 24 have been fixed by EA Sports with the help of previous updates. However, some issues always remain, and one of them, as mentioned earlier, was the issue with the friendly mode counting wrong goals. Another irritating issue, although not that big of a deal, was the playstyle+ of a card you could get from objectives.
Ultimate Team updates
Addressed the following issues:
- PlayStyles+ were not displaying on the Objective reward screen.
- Multiplier goals were not always counted correctly when playing specific Friendly games.
Once the update goes live, all objective cards should display the correct playstyle+ in the rewards screen. This will allow you to have better information about the card you’re about to unlock.
Additionally, there are few more changes being made to general game UI as well.
General, Audio, and Visual
Addressed the following issues:
- Addressed instances of instability issues that could have occurred.
- Addressed instances of incorrect and missing text.
- Some stadiums could have appeared with incorrect visuals.
Made the following changes:
- Updated some star heads, mask, and balls.
With EA FC 24 entering its last couple of months, Title Update 18 has no mention of any changes being made to the gameplay. However, it will be interesting to find out if there will be any shift in the current meta of the game.
