One thing that hardly gets any attention in Palworld is fashion. Since you can’t dye armor or change your appearance, you’re limited to what the game currently has to offer. However, there is an often overlooked option when it comes to expressing your fashionable flair.
There are three static Merchants spread across Palpagos: one in the Small Settlement just North-West of the starting area, one in Fisherman’s Point on the South coast of Mount Obsidian, and one in Duneshelter amid the harsh climate of the desert to the East.
These three Merchants sell Schematics for 500 Gold each, which, once crafted, offer headpieces to make your character stand out from the crowd. However, you don’t get a preview of what they’re going to look like until you stand at a crafting bench with the Schematic in your inventory, so it can be hard to decide what to spend your Gold on.
Don’t worry, I’ve spent my Gold so you don’t have to. I’ve bought every hat Schematic and crafted all of them so I can share with you what you’ll get if you take the plunge.
Small Settlement Schematics
The Merchant in the Small Settlement can be found in the hut at the far end of the village. He sells seven different hat Schematics:

- Gumoss Cap Schematic

Fisherman’s Point Schematics

- Graduate Schematic
Duneshelter Schematics
The Duneshelter Merchant has six Schematics up for grabs, including my personal favorite, the Kattress Cap:
