Palworld Maraith Location – Where to find Maraith Pal

As you progress through Palworld, you’re eventually going to want a Dark Element Pal that you can mount. That’s where the mighty Maraith comes into play. The Dark Element Pal glows with blueish fire and a general Dark aura and features a powerful Partner Skill. We’ve found the best Palworld Maraith Location, and where you can find the Maraith Pal and tame it to do your bidding.

Best location to find Maraith Pals

The absolute best location to find the Maraith Pal in Palworld is to head to the icy region in the north part of the map. You’ll want to make sure you are wearing warm clothes, and then you can head to the icy region located in the northern middle area. Once there you will find plenty of Maraith roaming the area. The snowy biome is pretty massive, but thankfully Maraith spawns in the area quite plentifully.

If you look at the map above, you the area outlined in red is the whole snow biome in which Maraith can spawn. As long as you are willing to look around a bit, you should find plenty up there to take a chance at catching.

Why is Maraith a good Pal?

Maraith is one of the best combat Pals in all of Palworld. First, it’s a Dark Element type Pal which is somewhat rare in Palworld. It has seven skills in total, five of which are Dark Element type. Here are all of Maraith’s skills:

• Ignis Blast (Fire) – Level 1
• Dark Ball (Dark) – Level 7
• Flare Arrow (Fire) – Level 15
• Shadow Burst (Dark) – Level 22
• Spirit Flame (Dark) – Level 30
• Nightmare Ball (Dark) – Level 40
• Dark Laser (Dark) – Level 50

Also, at Technology Level 23 you can learn to craft the Maraith Saddle. You’ll want to do this because Maraith’s Partner Skill applies Dark damage to your attacks while using Maraith as a mount. This is even more Dark Element type damage output, which is the primary purpose for grabbing Maraith.

As far as Work Suitability, Maraith has Level 2 Gathering and Level 1 Mining. Nothing special, but you’re probably using Maraith for combat anyway.

In terms of drops, Maraith can drop Bones and Small Pal Souls. You’ll certainly need some Small Pal Souls, but there’s typically better ways to acquire them.
