Playlogic has announced today that its PC title that I can’t seem to remember, Infernal: Hell’s Vengeance, is coming to the Xbox 360 on June 30.

On paper, Infernal — which hit PC in 2007 — sounds horribly generic. It’s a third-person shooter about a guy named Ryan Lennox (the action film equivalent of “Joe Smith”), who turns into a ghost and has to use supernatural powers to kill things. The back-of-the-box bullets points include things like “gripping storyline,” “beautifully designed indoor and outdoor environments,” a cover system, and “intelligent enemies who use the environment to their advantage.” OK, so like every other game on the market right now.

The catch with Infernal would be the powers — teleportation and telekenesis to interact with the environment, which could be neat. Critics generally agreed that the game was “pretty good,” and at the $39.99 price I’m seeing it listed for at retail, it could be a decent thrill-ride for the buck.

Has anyone played Infernal on the PC? Let us know what you thought.
