Farming is one of the core aspects of Warframe. From resource farming, parts farming, and even farming for mods, you’re going to be doing that to some extent. Of course, there are ways to optimize your grind or make it faster, like leveling. So, here we’ll help you learn how to level your Warframe up fast.

Fast ways to level your Warframe up

If you want to bring your Warframe from zero to 30 in about 30 minutes or so, your best bet is to farm the Defense mission Hydron on Sedna. This is the most consistent place to farm since the enemy density and levels are high. With those two paired together, you’ll constantly be ranking up. 

This is a highly populated node where you’ll constantly be matched with other players who have the same objective as you. However, there are some things to consider as you farm this mission node. We’ll list them out below.

The following is what you should do as a common courtesy while farming Hydron in public lobbies:

1. Don’t bring a blank loadout with no kill or CC (crowd-controlling) potential.
2. Don’t go AFK while your other teammates do all the work.
3. Refrain from using frame and weapon abilities that ragdoll enemies without killing them.
4. Avoid using slow-down CC abilities (Nova M. Prime, Limbo Cataclysm).
5. Stay within affinity range with your teammates.

While every player does not abide by some of these guidelines, it prevents you from starting any drama or bad blood with people who frequent this place. Good player etiquette goes a long way. 

This mission is also going to be a long way away if you’re a new player and still thinking of beginner-friendly frames and mods. You can technically “taxi” to this node, but be warned that if you’re a player who doesn’t know much about applying Formas and Orokin Catalysts to your items, you may be avoided.

Right now, there is significant pushback against players who are being “taxi”d to higher-level areas with no means of contributing anything to the fire team. You also should not be thinking of farming levels for your frame unless you have some decent weapons to pick up the slack. 

What’s great about Hydron is that while it is the most consistent in leveling up your frames, you can also rank your weapons and companions here. When you level up anything for the first time in Warframe, you’re leveling up your Mastery Rank. 

With higher mastery ranks, that also means you’re unlocking the ability to farm for even stronger weapons that can surely carry you through most if not all the game’s content!
