As Mythic+ has evolved over the years in WoW, Tanks have become one of the more predominantly important roles. In World of Warcraft: Dragonflight patch 10.2, Tanks have received some pretty big changes in terms of M+ viability. With the new season on the horizon, we’ve created a WoW 10.2 M+ Tank Tier List to help you choose the best Tank for you to play this season.

Below we will go over the best Tanks in patch 10.2 for Mythic+. Specifically for M+, you want a tank with proper damage mitigation while also being able to quickly and efficiently pull and Tank a high number of mobs all at once. Those specs in the S-Tier will have more in their toolkit to deal with everyday situations in M+, while those in the B-Tier may struggle when things get a bit hectic.

Once again, there are a lot less Tank specs in comparison to DPS. As such, you don’t have as many choices. That being said, all of the Tank classes can handle tanking M+ keys up through at least Key Level 20+. In fact, most classes can even go beyond that. But those in the S-Tier will have an easier time, and the ability to handle tricky situations that can occur while running the dungeon.
