Yesterday, we wrote an article confirming without a doubt that Killzone 2 is better than Halo 3. It seems our words touched the hearts of the great British public, as the PS3 exclusive has managed to knock Halo Wars into second place.
For once, the UK charts actually look interesting, which makes a change from the usual FIFA/World at War/Wii Fit gangbang that we have to endure each week. Sega Mega Drive Ultimate Collection is stll there, while Professor Layton has crawled up the chart to number 5. Also, Konami has finally bothered to release Silent Hill: Homecoming in Europe, leading to a number 11 debut.
Congratulations to Sony though. After having LittleBigPlanet and Resistence pushed down the charts by rival titles, it’s good to see that the PS3 has finally seized the top slot, and with a damn good game to boot. Our full review of Killzone 2 is coming later tonight, so make sure to check that out, and hit the jump for the full charts.
