Blizzard continues to nerf various dungeons throughout Diablo 4 in an attempt to prevent players from spending all day clearing the same dungeon over and over. With the latest hotfix, it seems as though the Blind Burrows dungeon has become one of the best spots to grind out some great experience gains. Below we’ve pointed out the exact Blind Burrows dungeon location as well as a guide to assist your leveling experience in Diablo 4.

First, let’s actually find this optional dungeon. Blind Burrows is located in the region of Hawezar, one of the last regions you travel through as part of the campaign. The dungeon is to the east of Zarbinzet, which is the capital city of Hawezar. If you look at the screenshot above, you will notice you can easily find the dungeon entrance by fast traveling to the Zarbinzet waypoint and then heading east.

Once you’ve entered the dungeon, it’s time to get killing. Blind Burrows is most inhabited by Toxic Spiders, Plague Maggots, and Aberrant Horrors. These monsters can be annoying due to their poison debuff that continues dealing damage over time.

Even though Diablo 4 procedurally generates dungeon layouts each time you enter them, Blind Burrows always has a relatively conformed layout. Your first objective will be to kill three infested villagers. Each one is usually found in a corner of the map, so just traverse around the out corridors of the dungeon until you find each one.

Upon killing the last infested villager, a new entrance will reveal itself. This entrance will lead to the next part of the dungeon, called Midnight Haven. While the entrance location will be different each time, it’s typically to the left or right of the dungeon entrance. Once there, you will find a couple elite packs of monsters that you will definitely want to kill. Elite packs give more experience than regular monsters and are part of the reason this farm is so good.

If you’re just looking to farm this dungeon optimally for the most experience, this is where your run ends. At this point, you will want to reset the dungeon and repeat everything above over and over. Efficiently running this dungeon can lead to a completion time of three minutes or less. as a solo player. If you are in a group, you can probably complete this dungeon in less than two minutes.

Broodguard Boss Guide in the Blind Burrows

Killing the boss is time-consuming and inefficient if you’re only trying to farm experience. But if you need the completion for Renown or are also looking to farm some equipment, you can obviously do so.

The boss of this dungeon is Broodguard, a giant spider. He’s a pretty easy boss, but we will go over the fight anyway.

Throughout the fight, Broodguard will spit large toxic pools all over the area. These AoE pools will inflict poison on you dealing damage over time. He will also fling spider webs all throughout the area as well. These webs will slow you when you run through them, which can lead to a pretty annoying combination of slow with poison.

The boss will also occasionally summon more spiders and horrors, which should be killed so you do not get overwhelmed. Once you’ve killed all the minions, switch back to damaging the boss. It shouldn’t take long for his health bar to hit zero, and the boss will be defeated.

At this point, you have completed the dungeon!

Extra tips to make the most of farming Blind Burrows

If you’re looking to farm this dungeon over and over for experience, we have a couple of tips to make this process even better.

First off, you want to grab a few Elixir of Beast-Slaying. This item increases the damage you deal to beasts by 20%. Luckily, beasts include spiders and maggots, which are a majority of the monsters in the Blind Burrows dungeon. This elixir also increases your experience gains by 5%. It lasts 30 minutes.

Furthermore, you may want to know how to quickly reset the dungeon. This is super useful because, by default, you have to wait a minute or two for the dungeon to automatically reset. If you’re looking to quickly run the dungeon for experience and are finished with your runs after killing the elite packs, you will want to reset it faster.

To do so, simply leave the dungeon by using your “Leave Dungeon” option on the action wheel. After that, log out of the game and wait for the ten-second countdown. Immediately log back in, and voila! Your dungeon will be reset, and you will be standing right at the entrance!

Now that you know the Blind Burrows dungeon location as well as followed our completion guide, you should be able to level quickly in Diablo 4.
