Where to find Warm Safflina in Tears of the Kingdom (TotK)

Go where it’s warm!

I can’t really accurately convey how long I’ve spent looking for reagents and ingredients in Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom. It’s an unfathomable amount of time! Thankfully adventuring around blind in Tears of the Kingdom is fun, but there are considerable methods to use to cut that time down: here’s where to find Warm Safflina.

Warm Safflina is found in hot climates: like the Gerudo Desert or Death Mountain

Warm Safflina, which returns from Breath of the Wild, looks like a small green plant with pink flowers. So what does Warm Safflina do? Well, it can be used to add cold resistance to concoctions.

While Warm Safflina is peppered around anywhere that’s “warm” on the map (including Death Mountain in the northeast),  we recommend hunting for them in the Gerudo Desert (to the southwest), as it’s a much easier place to acquire them en masse. Head through the Gerudo Canyon pass (the ravine that leads into the desert, with the Gerudo Canyon Skyview Tower), then comb the perimeter of the desert for Warm Safflina.
