Some more Tomb RaiderĀ adventures are going on the go. TwoĀ Lara CroftĀ games are coming to the Nintendo Switch in 2022, marking her debut on the console.

Feral Interactive announced thatĀ Lara Croft and the Guardian of LightĀ andĀ Lara Croft and the Temple of Osiris are coming to the Nintendo Switch in 2022.

These top-downĀ Tomb RaiderĀ games are separate from theĀ Tomb RaiderĀ reboot series. They’re instead a little bit more arcade-inspired, with fast combat to go with the puzzles. And they have co-operative multiplayer as well, which seems like it might be rad for Switch.

No date has been set yet for the debut ofĀ Lara CroftĀ and the Guardian of LightĀ orĀ Lara Croft and the Temple of OsirisĀ on Switch, outside the year 2022.

As for moreĀ Tomb Raider, there weren’t too many announcements on future games. There is still theĀ Tomb RaiderĀ Netflix series, which has enlisted Hayley Atwell to play Lara. Maybe that series can reinvigorate the game series a bit.

Even thoughĀ Shadow of the Tomb RaiderĀ was only three years ago, it feels like it’s been ages since we’ve seen Lara in video game action. At least this seems like a good reason to retread some old ground on the Switch next year.
