A madman added Cloud Strife to Zelda: Breath of the Wild

Hey, he and Link have a connection with Smash

I sound like a broken record but we’re still talking about Zelda: Breath of the Wild. It’s great!

This week’s development comes by way of YamGaming, who has demonstrated a new mod that adds Cloud Strife, of Final Fantasy VII fame, into the mix. His Buster Sword seems to fit right in, as does his motorcycle, which wonderfully actually makes sense as Breath of the Wild proper added in its own canon motorcycle by way of its DLC. You can find a link to the mod in the video’s description.

While a lot of people are probably going to have some hot takes to dish out regarding the model, I really dig how it pays homage to the original polygonal Cloud while remaining true to the art style of Breath of the Wild.
