YouTube’s vcfan got the virtual DOS machine app Dosbox running on their Xbox One, from which point you can run Windows 95 and other software. But you won’t be able to do this yourself, unless you have a developer Xbox One unit, though Microsoft is allowing Universal Windows Platform (UWP) for the public this summer.
There may be some protections that keep you from playing Duke Nukem 3D, though.
