Rocket League keeps the free DLC train rolling with its “Rumble” mode, coming this September across all platforms.

In short, it’s bringing a bit of car combat action to the proceedings, with wacky items like “The Boot,” which kicks enemy cars, and the “Grappling Hook,” which pulls players towards the ball. See the below list for a full rundown on everything.

As I’ve said many times in the past, I was sad to see the car combat genre pretty much die out, but having little tidbits like this keep the spirit alive is enough of a consolation. Still, I wouldn’t mind if Sony made another Twisted Metal, or somehow, someway, Activision put a budget behind a new Vigilante 8.

• The Boot (Kicks an opponent’s car)

• Disruptor (Forces your opponent to drive uncontrollably)

• Freezer (Freezes the ball in-place)

• Grappling Hook (Pulls you towards the ball)

• Haymaker (Punches the ball)

• Magnetizer (Attracts the ball to your car)

• Plunger (Grabs the ball via plunger and cord)

• Power Hitter (Allows you to hit everything harder)

• Spike (Attach the ball to your car when you bump into it)

• Swapper (Change positions on the field with your opponent)

• Tornado (Sweep up the ball and opposing cars into a giant funnel cloud)
