It’s not a huge day for Nintendo consoles in terms of the eShop, but I’ll take it.
On the Wii U we’re getting Mega Man Battle Network 2, Maze, Wipeout 3, and Chariot. The latter is a fun little co-op game that can also be played solo.
The 3DS is getting equipped with Adventures of Lolo, Best of Solitaire, Painting Workshop, and Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles. No, TMNT is not a Virtual Console release of the NES game (that would be awesome, as it’s sadly been removed from the Wii VC due to a licensing expiration), it’s based on the new series. Shantae and the Pirate’s Curse is also 25% off until January 22.
If you missed last week’s edition, here it is. As for what I’m getting, Lolo always hits the spot when it comes to puzzle games, and I already enjoyed Chariot on the Xbox One — just make sure you have a local co-op partner.
