Picking up where Brett left off, we have a few more details on the Xbox One and PlayStation 4 retail release of Rocket League. The multiplayer sports title will hit store shelves in Q3 2016 as Rocket League: Collector’s Edition with the three big add-ons (Supersonic Fury, Revenge of the Battle-Cars, Chaos Run) and “several retail-exclusive bonuses that have yet to be announced.”

I haven’t seen any retailer listings pop up yet, but I wouldn’t be surprised to see this priced at $29.99 considering 1) the packaged-in DLC and 2) people will pay that much. The Back to the Future DeLorean add-on wasn’t mentioned in the announcement, so I assume that’s out.

Developer Psyonix is partnering with 505 Games for this run at retail. The publisher also represents Terraria and Payday and is, I’m just now learning, “part of the Digital Bros Group.”
