I don’t know if any of you have been paying attention, but VH1 has this show called Rock of Love, and it’s awesome. Essentially, it’s Flavor of Love, except instead of a bunch of tramps vying for Flavor Flav’s attention, a bunch of tramps try to woo Poison frontman, Bret Michaels. It’s a fantastic disaster to watch, and I highly recommend you go set your DVR immediately … but that’s not the point here.

The point is, the timing on this couldn’t be more perfect — Activision has announced that Bret Michaels will appear as a lead vocalist character in Guitar Hero III: Legends of Rock. The game will also feature the classic stripper anthem, “Talk Dirty to Me” (as made famous by Poison), as well as a master track from the Bret Michaels Band, “Go That Far.” Your favorite song, I’m sure.

“This game totally rocks!” said Michaels, “I gave them my signature moves, basically did my thing, and they capture it. It was really cool.”

He did his “thing”? What exactly does that entail? Getting barely legal strippers drunk enough to make out with each other, while serenading them with an acoustic number that sounds suspiciously like “Every Rose Has Its Thorn,” but isn’t? Sounds like a mini-game to me.
