Conquest of Paradise

Get ready for some new features in Europa Universalis IV, Paradox’s massive grand strategy game, because it’s getting an expansion soon. Conquest of Paradise will focus on adding better mechanics for both sides of the conquest of the New World. I love playing as the underdog in Paradox’s strategy games, so being able to play as native Americans fighting off a bunch of Europeans sounds like a good time to me.

Paradox is also running a contest to see who can come up with the best alternate history short story. The best stories will get published in short story collection, a standard writer’s fee, and a bundle with over 50 games from Paradox.
