Assuming the Kickstarter gets funded
As the sort of person who did their best drinking at home, I’ve rarely had need of a flask to secret spirits where they might be unwelcome. I would probably have found a reason if these novelty flasks disguised as NES cartridges were a reality.
Designed by Ink Whiskey (of Portland, OR; natch), and currently seeking funding on Kickstarter, the plastic flask hides its cap and spout with the ridged grip at the top and the look of the prototype is fairly convincing. A variety of alcohol-themed game parody labels, such as “Metal Beer,” “CastleVodka,” and “The Legend of Drink,” have also been designed to offer some style options.
The Kickstarter has a week to go but has only achieved about sixty percent of its funding goal, so it’s starting to get down to the wire on whether or not these will take up occupancy in the pockets of drunk nerds everywhere.
